Order Processing and Shipment

All orders that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

Carriers

We exclusively use UPS as our trusted carrier to deliver all of our orders.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by UPS, we will update your order with the relevant tracking information. This will allow you to conveniently track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost for your order is determined based on the weight of the products and your location. During the final checkout process, you will be provided with the shipping cost, giving you the opportunity to review and decide whether to proceed with your order.

Back Orders

In the event that an item in your order is not currently in stock and goes on back order, we will ship the available part of your order. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, we will promptly ship it to you at no additional cost for shipping and handling.
