Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made by mail. If you wish to return or cancel an order placed online, please contact our Customer Service Center.

Returning by Mail

Within the US: Please send returned items via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. This will allow you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Please note that we cannot accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or courier deliveries.

Outside the US: Ship the goods prepaid, using insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.

Please Note: Do not return items using UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Chempack.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. After the inspection, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Additionally, please contact your local customs office for information regarding any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
